Tea bags and tissues

Jan 10th, 2008 by Steph | 3

As a tribute to my re-commitment to working on my thesis no matter what, my work trash bin is full of tissues, tea bags and an empty bottle of Ibuprofen. (I really should be at home in bed) It is my shrine to the spring time cold! Now, if I can just stop checking my RSS reader every 5 minutes :-P!

I think the consumption of tea at this end of the corridor, collectively, must amount to a regular bath tub a day, because judging from our trash bins (yours and mine) it is enough if Florance enjoys two cups a day for us to reach to the said amount. I am myself entering on a hectic semester it seems, so I think we will raise the bar even further before the grand finale = the Big Move Out..

Oh, and good luck with the thesis work.

    Peace

I suffer from some of the same symptoms : tea bags in the bin and an addiction to my RSS reader – I need to turn off this Internet thingy. Good luck with the work, the straight line before the end, and the light at the end of the tunnel – I’ll be the one right behind you :)

Our poor trash bins :-P. Well, at least the offices smell nice from the tea! And yes, turning off the Internet was necessary for me too. Last night I went to a cafe where I would be forced to be offline and I got so much more done – despite the giggling a few tables over.
